NOTE: If you can't print this mail order form, simply write a letter with your address and a description of the item you want. Mail it with your Certified funds to us (if you pay by Cheque there is a 14 day waiting period). We use a direct order fulfillment center so they ship your order VERY FAST! The orders are usually shipped before we even receive your money from the fulfillment center! (remember to add C$14.90 for Shipping for the first item, and an additional $5.00 for each item after that and GST / PST so that there will be no delays - a nice way to get the proper total is to go through the cart ordering process online and it can calculate all taxes and shipping without charging you or touching on payments at all!)

Certified Checks or MO payable to Canadian Weigh.. We do not accept regular checks unless you want to wait an extra 2 weeks for clearance. We only ship within Canada (no USA/International orders).
